The Hand Solo is made just for him as it really does not work well if you plan to use it with a partner – the design and grip just makes it awkward for someone else to use on you. That said, if you like vibrations running up and down your shaft, the Hand Solo delivers.

To use the Hand Solo you put your fingers into the grip side of the sex toy and hold it against your cock using your thumb and then slide it up and down your shaft – this feels great and will get you off very quickly!

What I Like:

Very well made from 100% medical grade silicone, soft ribs and texture on the inside of the sleeve feel very good. One of the easiest sex toys to clean and is 100% hygienic – can be cleaned in dishwasher if you want.  The open design will work on any size penis. With the bullet removed, it is almost impossible to know this is a sex toy so it is very discreet – great for travel!

Waterproof! You can use it in the shower which is great if you live with roommates and privacy is an issue – or if you just like getting off in the shower!

What I don’t Like:

More than anything, the open design, you have to keep the Hand Solo tight around your cock with pressure from your thumb and it would be nice if you could grab the whole thing and slide it up and down your shaft – this would also make it easier for a partner to use on you (this minor change would make this a great sex toy for couples). Even if they designed the Hand Solo to wrap around a little more (say another 3/4″ on both sides with only 1/2″ open) it would still fit all penis sizes and allow for easier use with a partner.

This is not to say it cannot be used by a partner, only that my girlfriend found it awkward.

Bullet can be a little hard to remove and insert but this can be resolved by adding a tiny bit of water based lube to the bullet before you put it back into the hole which will make removal easier the next time. Bullet only has one speed (medium intensity) so if you want more (or less) vibration you are out of luck.

Overall:

For the money, this is great sex toy to add to your collection. Personally it is not a sex toy I would use everyday but it does make for a nice change once in a while and cleans up real fast! Ideal for travel as you can keep the bullet separate and no one would ever guess what the Hand Solo is used for.

I gave the Hand Solo 4 stars, more for quality than function. I took one star off for design issues that I feel could be a little better. That said, you won’t be disappointed in this sex toy. If compared to it’s closest competitor, the Cobra Libre, the Hand Solo is a much better deal and feels 3 times as good!

IMPORTANT: Only use water based lubes with the Hand Solo – do not use oil based or silicone lubes.
