What! A 3 Pecker Rating? How Come?

Now don’t get me wrong, this is a fine product, in fact, it is a very well made product and unique design. It even feels very good. My rating is not based so much on the quality of the Tenga Flip Hole, but the limitations and availability of the product.

First let me say the Tenga feels really good – but not amazing! For all the hype, and the price tag, I was expecting a lot more from Tenga. Yes, it is easy to use and clean, but I don’t believe the sensations of the insert will please everyone – for some men I think the multiple textures may be a bit much. On the other hand, if you like a lot of texture, the Tenga delivers and offers variations in suction and feel by squeezing the outside of the container. See below for the good and bad on the Tenga Flip Hole.

What I Like:

Very well made. Excellent design that allows lots of variation in sensations while in use. Opens for easy cleaning and the retainer housing doubles as a drying rack after washing. Provides sensations I have not found in other sex toys – kind of like getting a blow-job from a pussy – hard to describe exactly!

What I don’t Like:

The Price, it is almost twice the price of other high-end masturbators like the Fleshlight. Unlike the the Fleshlight (which can handle up to a 10″ penis) the Tenga Flip Hole is limited to a maximum of 6″ internal canal – this sucks when you are cumming and want to drive it home – you can’t due to the closed end design. Life-time of the Tenga Flip Hole by the manufacturer is an estimated at 52 uses, not a lot of use for around $100. Compare this to the Fleshlight that will last several years with proper care (at least) and the Tenga fails miserably.

Availability has been terrible. Except for Lovehoney in the UK, retailers seem to constantly have Tenga products on back-order, or they simply do not have stock. It’s getting better, but one has to question a company with very popular products and not gearing up their production to meet demand – to me it seems intentional to keep prices high – and that bothers me. In addition, who the hell wants to wait 2 to 3 months to get a sex toy? Not me, no matter how much hype there is.

Overall:

A very good sex toy but expensive and limited. If you have the extra money, “Buy It”, it is unique and very different from anything else I have tried. However, if your funds are like the average guy out there, usually limited, don’t bother, go for a Fleshlight, which is a much better deal for the money!
